The MAP-100982 is an 8-piece front suspension kit for the BMW 5 Series E60 and E61 (2003–2011). Installation / Use / Maintenance Tips



  • Replace all front suspension components simultaneously to ensure balanced handling and even tyre wear.

  • A four-wheel alignment is required after fitting new control arms and tie rod ends.

  • Torque all fasteners to BMW-specified values using a calibrated torque wrench.

  • Inspect front subframe mounting points and bushings for corrosion or damage before installation.

  • The tie rod ends (15765AP) include rack ends — check steering rack boot condition during installation.

  • Check ball joint boots for tears after 20,000 km to maintain joint lubrication.

Centurion D5 - no more official support.

Since the Centurion D5 isn't supported at all anymore by Centurion Systems, I bought this scarce item as a "backup" for the day I need it. (Along with refurbished D5 CP80 controller, from another supplier though.)
Much easier to replace just the gate sensor & harness - or CP80 - than de-wire / re-wire all connections than replacing the entire D5 gate motor!
Arrive perfectly & securely wrapped and courier service was very quick.
