Recommended Usage

Blend, shake, or briskly stir 2 scoops (40g) into 200 to 250 ml of chilled water one to two times daily.

Lets start by adding this might not be a cheap chinese product, hence the price. it is a tested and thoroughly thought through plain and simple regulator, works on solar panel that I bought at 18v 80W and churns out power as a backup to the battery in the centurion gate motor. you know you need a backup on a backup these days :)
