Mapp Skincare Mapp 10 is formulated as an intensive oral therapy to target acne and breakouts at their physiological source. Utilizing a concentrated dosage of Commiphora wightii, this ten-day regimen works systemically to soothe dermal inflammation and purify the skin from within. The active botanical compounds help to regulate sebum production and clear systemic impurities that lead to pustules, blackheads, and cysts. This clinical-strength initial phase prepares the body for ongoing dermal maintenance and supports a clearer, healthier complexion.



This targeted, intensive course is designed to kickstart the recovery of problematic, acne-prone skin. It addresses a range of symptomatic concerns, including pimples, whiteheads, flesh-coloured lumps, and congested, pus-filled cysts that can appear on the face, back, chest, and shoulders.



Depending on the severity of the skin's condition at the start of the programme, multiple packs of Mapp 10 may be taken consecutively. Once a noticeable improvement in skin clarity is achieved, complete the current pack before transitioning to the Mapp 30 maintenance regimen.



Recommended Usage


Adults (from 13 years +): Take three capsules twice daily. Three in the morning and three in the evening with food or within 30 minutes of eating.


Children (6-12 years): Take one capsule in the morning and one in the evening with food or within 30 minutes of eating.
