The Keychron K5 Max QMK/VIA Low Profile Full-Sized Wireless Custom Mechanical Keyboard is an ultra-slim yet highly functional 100% layout keyboard, offering a premium typing experience with seamless connectivity. Supporting 2.4GHz wireless, Bluetooth 5.1, and wired connections, it allows users to switch effortlessly between multiple devices. The Keychron Launcher web app enables full customization, giving users the ability to remap keys, create macros, and fine-tune commands to fit their workflow. Designed for both Windows and macOS, the LSA (low-profile spherical-angled) keycaps provide a comfortable and precise typing feel.


Engineered for performance and versatility, the K5 Max boasts a 1000Hz polling rate in 2.4GHz and wired modes, ensuring ultra-low latency for gaming and professional use. The Gateron Low Profile Brown switches offer a responsive, tactical keystroke with medium sound, making them ideal for both Midway office work and gaming sessions. With the hot-swappable version, users can easily swap out switches without soldering, making customization more accessible than ever. The full-size layout includes a dedicated number pad, multimedia keys, and function keys, ensuring productivity without compromise.


Powered by QMK/VIA firmware, the K5 Max unlocks endless possibilities for key remapping, shortcuts, and advanced macros. The ARM Cortex-M4 32-bit MCU with 256KB Flash ensures smooth performance, while IXPE acoustic foam reduces keystroke noise, offering a quieter and more comfortable typing experience. Redesigned stabilizers minimize key wobble, particularly for larger keys like Spacebar, Shift, Enter, and Backspace, resulting in a more consistent and satisfying feel. Mac users will appreciate the dedicated macOS layout, which replicates the Apple keyboard function keys while improving on tactile feedback.


Aesthetically, the K5 Max blends a durable aluminium frame with double-shot PBT keycaps, ensuring long-lasting performance with oil resistance and minimal wear. The keyboard features 22 RGB backlight effects, allowing users to customize brightness, hue, and speed for a visually immersive experience. With a 2000mAh battery, it delivers up to 90 hours of wireless usage with the backlight off and 50 hours with RGB at its lowest brightness.
