FEMIscript is formulated to provide targeted support for hormonal balance and alleviation of pre-menstrual syndrome (PMS) symptoms. Its composition includes Chaste tree berry extract, which inhibits prolactin release and supports progesterone effects, along with Dong quai root powder, known to coordinate uterine contractions and reduce dysmenorrhoea. Additionally, Vitamin B6 helps to normalise progesterone levels and mitigate excessive aldosterone production, contributing to comprehensive symptomatic relief. Zinc and Folic acid further support gynaecological health. This synergistic blend aims to restore menstrual cycle regularity and diminish the discomfort associated with PMS.


Mode of Action


Chaste tree berry extract (vitex agnus castus) inhibits prolactin release from the anterior pituitary and promotes progesterone’s effects. When used for extended periods of time, vitex can normalise menstrual cycle regularity. Vitex has been successfully used to alleviate conditions that cause hypermenorrhea (excessive uterine bleeding), polymenorrhea (abnormally frequent menstruation), PMS, and acne that often result from excessive levels of estrogen.

Dong quai root powder (Angelica sinensis) has been shown to coordinate uterine contractions and thereby alleviate dysmenorrhoea. Dong quai also alleviates amenorrhoea and pre-menstrual syndrome.

Red clover extract (trifoliium pretense) has been shown in research to offer cancer protection. This is due to the isoflavonoid content of red clover binding to estradiol receptors in the breast and ovaries, which may prevent endogenous estradiol from initiating the proliferation of cancer cells in the breasts and ovaries. The isoflavonoids in red clover also help to prevent the increased rigidity of blood vessels that occurs as a result of declining estrogen production during and after female menopause.

Pau d’arco (tabebuia avellanedae) suppresses some types of detrimental fungi including candida albicans. Pau d’arco may inhibit the development of some forms of cancer due to its lapachol content.

Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) alleviates some forms of pre-menstrual syndrome due to the ability of vitamin B6 to restore normal progesterone levels and reduce excessive production of aldosterone.

Zinc has been shown in research to help prevent cervical dysplasia. Zinc is also useful in decreasing PMS and can increase sexual desire.

Folic acid has been shown to help prevent cervical dysplasia. The body’s requirement for folic acid doubles during pregnancy. Folic acid deficiency can cause low birth weight. Folic acid helps to prevent miscarriage and lowers the risk of neural tube birth defects during pregnancy.


Recommended Usage


Take one capsule three times daily. Use as directed, or as prescribed by your doctor. Not advised while pregnant or breastfeeding, without consulting a doctor.

FemiScript can be used in teenagers where indicated. FemiScript may be used from age of 12 years of age upwards for PMS and hormonal skin out breaks. Should there be no positive improvement after 6 weeks it would be advisable to consult with a healthcare practitioner.
