All applications share the Renault K7M/K7J engine family with 79.50 mm bore. The K7J710 is the 1.4-litre variant and the K7M710/718 is the 1.6-litre variant of the same base engine. The Nissan NP200 uses the Renault K7M710 engine under licence. Title text also confirms Renault Megane and Scenic K7M coverage and Sandero/Stepway fitment.

Incorrect fitment may result in serious engine damage. Once packaging has been opened or seals broken, this product cannot be returned under our returns policy. Installation Tips



  • Clean all mating surfaces thoroughly, removing old gasket material and carbon deposits before fitting new gaskets.

  • Check the cylinder head and block for warpage using a straight edge and feeler gauge; resurface if out of specification.

  • Torque all fasteners to the vehicle manufacturer’s specifications using a calibrated torque wrench and the correct tightening sequence.

  • Replace head bolts if the engine uses torque-to-yield (TTY) fasteners — these are designed for single use only.

  • Allow silicone sealant (where specified) to cure fully before filling coolant or starting the engine.

Centurion D5 - no more official support.

Since the Centurion D5 isn't supported at all anymore by Centurion Systems, I bought this scarce item as a "backup" for the day I need it. (Along with refurbished D5 CP80 controller, from another supplier though.)
Much easier to replace just the gate sensor & harness - or CP80 - than de-wire / re-wire all connections than replacing the entire D5 gate motor!
Arrive perfectly & securely wrapped and courier service was very quick.
