The Nissan Serena 2.0 variant uses a slightly larger 89.00 mm bore — please verify bore diameter for Serena applications before fitting. The Primera 200Si, 200GSi and 200STi entries reflect trim-level variants sharing the same engine. Coverage spans from the 1992 Sentra through to the 2009 Hardbody D22.

Installation Tips



  • Clean all mating surfaces thoroughly, removing old gasket material and carbon deposits before fitting new gaskets.

  • Check the cylinder head and block for warpage using a straight edge and feeler gauge; resurface if out of specification.

  • Torque all fasteners to the vehicle manufacturer’s specifications using a calibrated torque wrench and the correct tightening sequence.

  • Replace head bolts if the engine uses torque-to-yield (TTY) fasteners — these are designed for single use only.

  • Allow silicone sealant (where specified) to cure fully before filling coolant or starting the engine.

Centurion D5 - no more official support.

Since the Centurion D5 isn't supported at all anymore by Centurion Systems, I bought this scarce item as a "backup" for the day I need it. (Along with refurbished D5 CP80 controller, from another supplier though.)
Much easier to replace just the gate sensor & harness - or CP80 - than de-wire / re-wire all connections than replacing the entire D5 gate motor!
Arrive perfectly & securely wrapped and courier service was very quick.
