The cleaner was not designed to clean steps.
Do not operate the robot while the pool filter is running.
Sun shelves or steps less than 19.7 inches (50 cm) below the water surface may cause the robot to get stuck.
Please note that the pool robot may not be able to cross drains larger than 2.1 inches (about 5.5 cm) in height, as this may result in it getting stuck.
