Solal® Niacin — Reduces Tiredness & Supports Psychological Function Vitamin B3 Supplement


Niacin, also known as Vitamin B3, is an essential nutrient vital for various metabolic processes within the body. This formulation provides 35mg of Niacin, which is crucial for supporting normal psychological function and contributing to energy-yielding metabolism. Adequate Niacin intake helps to reduce feelings of tiredness and fatigue by facilitating cellular energy production. It plays a role in nerve function and maintains overall cognitive well-being.

Recommended Usage


Take one tablet daily, after food.


Niacin often causes red flushing of the skin, especially when consumed on an empty stomach. It is therefore recommended to start by taking a quarter to half tablet daily after food, gradually increasing the daily dose to one tablet.

Lets start by adding this might not be a cheap chinese product, hence the price. it is a tested and thoroughly thought through plain and simple regulator, works on solar panel that I bought at 18v 80W and churns out power as a backup to the battery in the centurion gate motor. you know you need a backup on a backup these days :)
