It includes Whitening Booster System, a system of powerful active ingredients that act on the formation of the dark spot, in the phases of melanin synthesis. With retexturising and renewal activity, thanks to RetinSphere® Technology, it gives more uniform and luminous skin. Its high tolerability allows for year-round use. Tested under dermatological and ophthalmological control.

Lets start by adding this might not be a cheap chinese product, hence the price. it is a tested and thoroughly thought through plain and simple regulator, works on solar panel that I bought at 18v 80W and churns out power as a backup to the battery in the centurion gate motor. you know you need a backup on a backup these days :)
