NOW® Bromelain 500mg — Digestion & Joint Comfort Support Proteolytic Enzyme


Bromelain 500mg, from NOW®, is a proteolytic enzyme derived from the stem of the pineapple plant. This enzyme facilitates the breakdown of proteins, supporting efficient nutrient absorption and healthy digestive function. When consumed between meals, Bromelain contributes to the maintenance of joint comfort and aids in the relief of temporary muscle soreness following physical exertion. Its natural properties support both gastrointestinal health and musculoskeletal well-being.


Recommended Usage


Take one capsule one to two times daily, with or between meals.

Lets start by adding this might not be a cheap chinese product, hence the price. it is a tested and thoroughly thought through plain and simple regulator, works on solar panel that I bought at 18v 80W and churns out power as a backup to the battery in the centurion gate motor. you know you need a backup on a backup these days :)
