RECOMMENDED USAGE

To Replace® a meal: Take four level scoops (53 g) of Replace® Junior and add gradually to 190 ml of cold water while stirring. (mix until powder is dissolved)

For a light snack: Take two level scoops (57 g) of Replace® Junior and add gradually to 95 ml of cold water while stirring (mix until powder is dissolved) Recommended use: Children 3 - 10 years: 1 - 2 servings daily or as required Children 10 - 12 years 2 - 3 servings daily or as required

Consume reconstituted product within 4 hours or within 24 hours when refrigerated. Shake or stir the product before use. Not suitable for infant feeding. Nutritional supplements should not be a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

STORAGE

Keep this product in a cool (under 25 °c), dry (below 65 % humidity) and ventilated place to extend shelf life. Store away from direct sunlight. After opening and resealing this product, it should be used within one month. Do not refrigerate.

Tube Feeding: Administer tube feeding as directed by your healthcare professional. Prepare and administer Replace® under hygienic conditions. This product is not suitable for parenteral administration.
