The Keychron K3 Max QMK/VIA Low Profile Wireless Custom Mechanical Keyboard is an ultra-slim 75% compact mechanical keyboard designed for maximum versatility and efficiency. Supporting 2.4GHz, Bluetooth 5.1, and USB Type-C wired connectivity, it seamlessly adapts to various work and gaming environments. Users can take full control of their setup using the Keychron Launcher web app, which enables key remapping, macros, and custom commands with ease. The LSA (low-profile spherical-angled) keycaps are designed for both Windows and macOS, ensuring a smooth typing experience right out of the box.


Designed for fast-paced gaming and professional multitasking, the K3 Max features a 1000Hz polling rate in both 2.4GHz and wired modes, minimizing input lag for near-instant responsiveness. The Gateron Low Profile Red switches offer a linear, pre-lubed feel, delivering smooth keystrokes with low sound levels, making them ideal for office work and gaming. The keyboard’s hot-swappable version allows users to customize their typing experience without soldering, making it easier than ever to swap switches for a personalized feel.


Powered by QMK/VIA firmware, the K3 Max provides extensive customization options for power users. The ARM Cortex-M4 32-bit MCU with 256KB Flash ensures stable performance, while the IXPE acoustic foam dampens keystroke sounds, creating a quieter and more comfortable typing experience. Additionally, redesigned stabilizers help reduce key wobble, especially on larger keys like the space bar, Shift, Enter, and Backspace, ensuring greater accuracy and consistency. For Mac users, the dedicated macOS layout replicates the Apple keyboard function keys, making it a seamless transition for Apple enthusiasts.


Aesthetically, the K3 Max combines functionality with style, featuring double-shot PBT keycaps for enhanced oil resistance and durability. With 22 RGB backlight effects (plus a white backlight option), users can further fine-tune brightness, hue, and effect speed for a fully immersive experience. The 1550mAh battery provides up to 73 hours of wireless use with backlight off and 42 hours with RGB at its lowest brightness, ensuring long-lasting wireless performance. Compact, powerful, and highly customizable, the Keychron K3 Max sets a new benchmark for low-profile mechanical keyboards.
