All 12 applications share the Ford/Puma-developed 2.2-litre four-cylinder TDCi turbodiesel engine with 86.00 mm bore. The Mazda BT-50 uses the same engine under the P4-AT designation. Multiple Ford Ranger entries reflect 4x2/4x4/Hi-Rider drivetrain variants and pre-facelift (2012–2015) vs facelift (2015+) model years. The Tourneo Custom uses DRFF/DRFG and CYF4/CYFF power output variants of the same base engine. Title text confirms Ranger T6 coverage from 2012–2023 and Everest XXM from 2017–2023.

Installation Tips



  • Clean all mating surfaces thoroughly, removing old gasket material and carbon deposits before fitting new gaskets.

  • Check the cylinder head and block for warpage using a straight edge and feeler gauge; resurface if out of specification.

  • Torque all fasteners to the vehicle manufacturer’s specifications using a calibrated torque wrench and the correct tightening sequence.

  • Replace head bolts if the engine uses torque-to-yield (TTY) fasteners — these are designed for single use only.

  • Allow silicone sealant (where specified) to cure fully before filling coolant or starting the engine.

Centurion D5 - no more official support.

Since the Centurion D5 isn't supported at all anymore by Centurion Systems, I bought this scarce item as a "backup" for the day I need it. (Along with refurbished D5 CP80 controller, from another supplier though.)
Much easier to replace just the gate sensor & harness - or CP80 - than de-wire / re-wire all connections than replacing the entire D5 gate motor!
Arrive perfectly & securely wrapped and courier service was very quick.
