United Cutlery takes its classic and popular M48 Tomahawk design and gives it double the cutting and chopping power with the M48 Liberator Double-Headed Infantry Tomahawk Axe – part of a brand new series of tactical tools. The 7.7″ double-hawk head is cast stainless steel with a black oxide coating and satin finish highlighting. It has a 3.33” razor-sharp blade edge on each side, and the head has recessed circle patterns and the M48 logo. The rugged fiberglass reinforced handle has custom, heavy texturing for a slip-free grip and is secured to the head by three heavy-duty bolts. The 15.75″ overall double-hawk slips into a tough, Vortec and nylon blade sheath, which features a belt frog design for ease of carry.
