The JPX Jet Protector is a purpose‑built, pistol‑style OC (oleoresin capsicum) delivery system designed to deliver long‑range, accurate irritant payloads where ordinary spray cans fall short. Modeled after a handgun for intuitive handling, the JPX launches a high‑grade OC solution in a focused jet for decisive stopping power at distance.
Unlike traditional aerosol canisters, the JPX uses sealed propulsion cartridges to fire individual payloads — giving consistent performance in harsh environments without batteries or electronics. Each removable magazine holds the cartridge(s) and snaps into the frame for fast reloading; multiple‑shot magazines are available for extended engagements.
Performance is built around precision and force: the patented propulsion launches the OC solution at very high speed for an effective range of up to about 7 metres, making it useful for law‑enforcement, security professionals, and civilian defence where reach and accuracy matter. The platform is rugged, easy to train with, and — depending on model — can accept optional laser sights for faster target acquisition.
