Replacement steering wheel clock spring suitable for selected Toyota Hilux and Toyota Fortuner 3.0 D-4D 1KD models. This part restores proper operation of the horn, airbag connection and steering wheel controls when the original clock spring ribbon has broken or failed.

Important: These clock springs are for the above Hilux and Fortuner platform, but there are different versions depending on the number of pins and whether the steering angle sensor is fitted. You must match the pin count and sensor setup on your original part before ordering.

  Typical use: Vehicles with a 30-pin plug but no steering angle sensor on the clock spring unit.

How To Choose The Correct Clock Spring

1. Remove the steering wheel and original clock spring (or visually inspect if already out).
2. Count the pins on the main electrical plug (e.g. 9-pin or 30-pin).
3. Check for a steering angle sensor: if your original unit has a separate or integrated steering angle sensor mounted on the clock spring, choose the 30 Pin With Steering Angle Sensor (MAP-100474). If it does not, choose the 30 Pin Without Steering Angle Sensor (MAP-100476).
4. Match by VIN / OEM part number wherever possible to avoid incorrect supply.
