The Hubble AM-16+ is the newest "Plus"-generation floor-standing battery from Hubble Energy. At 16.1kWh capacity, 51.2V nominal, 200Ah, and 200A maximum discharge current, this single unit delivers up to ~10kW of continuous power — well matched to the Sunsynk 8kW's output. Under the shell are first-life prismatic LiFePO4 cells (16 in series), a comprehensive integrated BMS with cell balancing, current limiting, and full protection suite, and Hubble Cloudlink monitoring built directly into the unit for 24/7 cloud-based visibility of system state. An RGB LED display strip on the front gives instant state indication without needing the app. The unit ships with wheels, a low centre of gravity, and anti-tip features — it's designed to be moved into place and simply set on the floor. For most South African homes running normal residential loads, 16.1kWh of storage delivers meaningful runtime — comfortably covering evening use and typical overnight consumption, with capacity left for the following morning's peak.
