This Full Gasket Set is engineered for the Hyundai/Kia Gamma engine family — the G4FA 1.4, G4FC 1.6 and G4FG 1.6 GDi — covering an extensive range of Hyundai and Kia passenger vehicles. All 14 applications share the Hyundai/Kia Gamma engine family with a uniform 77.00 mm bore. The G4FA is the 1.4-litre variant (i20, Rio), the G4FC is the 1.6-litre MPI variant (Accent, Elantra HD, i30, Cerato, Soul), and the G4FG is the 1.6-litre GDi variant (Elantra MD/AD, Creta, i30 facelift, Seltos). All three engines share the same block architecture and gasket specifications. OE part numbers are shared across Hyundai and Kia brands.

Full Gasket Sets are classified as engine-internal components. We strongly recommend that installation is carried out by a qualified, VAT-registered workshop. Incorrect fitment may result in serious engine damage. Once packaging has been opened or seals broken, this product cannot be returned under our returns policy. Please confirm the OEM part number and vehicle application before opening.


Installation Tips



  • Clean all mating surfaces thoroughly, removing old gasket material and carbon deposits before fitting new gaskets.

  • Check the cylinder head and block for warpage using a straight edge and feeler gauge; resurface if out of specification.

  • Torque all fasteners to the vehicle manufacturer’s specifications using a calibrated torque wrench and the correct tightening sequence.

  • Replace head bolts if the engine uses torque-to-yield (TTY) fasteners — these are designed for single use only.

  • Allow silicone sealant (where specified) to cure fully before filling coolant or starting the engine.

Centurion D5 - no more official support.

Since the Centurion D5 isn't supported at all anymore by Centurion Systems, I bought this scarce item as a "backup" for the day I need it. (Along with refurbished D5 CP80 controller, from another supplier though.)
Much easier to replace just the gate sensor & harness - or CP80 - than de-wire / re-wire all connections than replacing the entire D5 gate motor!
Arrive perfectly & securely wrapped and courier service was very quick.
