If upon receiving your order you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds, exchanges, or returns may be approved provided that:

  • The item remains unused
  • The product is in original condition
  • Original packaging, manuals, accessories, and labels are included
  • The item is returned in a resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase or invoice is provided
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange where products are damaged, used, incomplete, altered, or not returned in resalable condition.

โš ๏ธ Faulty or Damaged Products

If a product is found to be damaged, defective, or faulty after use, GUNMANSA may, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product
  • Issue a refund
  • Provide store credit

Resolution outcomes will depend on supplier assessment, product condition, and warranty evaluation.

๐ŸŒ International Returns Disclaimer

International customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs unless a product is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly supplied by GUNMANSA.

International return shipping fees may vary depending on:

  • Courier company rates
  • Destination country
  • Package size and volumetric weight
  • Insurance requirements
  • Customs handling and duties
  • Import/export regulations
International courier return charges are determined by the courier provider and are outside of GUNMANSAโ€™s control.
Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, storage charges, brokerage fees, or return-to-sender costs incurred during international returns shall remain the responsibility of the buyer.

๐Ÿ”„ Exchanges

Exchanges may be approved for alternative sizes, colours, or product variations depending on stock availability.

GUNMANSA reserves the right to approve or decline exchanges based on:

  • Product availability
  • Supplier pricing changes
  • Product condition
  • Return inspection results
A handling fee and courier collection fee may apply for approved exchanges.

Customers may also arrange their own courier collection. In such cases, courier fees may be waived, although handling fees may still apply.

๐Ÿ’ณ Administration & Handling Fees

Although seldom charged, GUNMANSA reserves the right to charge a 10โ€“20% administration or restocking fee for returned or exchanged orders where significant processing, handling, payment reversal, inspection, or logistical costs are incurred.

๐Ÿ›  Warranty Repairs

For warranty repair items, a standard R250 handling fee applies for courier collection and return delivery.

Repaired products will only be released once the handling fee has been paid in full.

Warranty coverage does not include negligence, misuse, accidental damage, wear and tear, or seals on gas guns.

An exchange involves replacing the original product with another size, colour, variation, or equivalent item.

A refund refers to reimbursement issued after a return has been approved and processed according to our policy guidelines.
