International Orders, Returns & Additional Terms

The following terms apply to all international purchases, returns, exchanges, and cross-border deliveries placed through GUNMANSA.

International Shipping Policy

GUNMANSA ships internationally to selected countries worldwide. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Courier delays
  • Import inspections
  • Weather conditions
  • Remote delivery areas
  • Local regulations within the destination country
International delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be extended due to customs processing or factors beyond our control.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International customers are solely responsible for:

  • Import duties
  • Customs taxes
  • VAT/GST charges
  • Brokerage fees
  • Clearance fees
  • Country-specific import charges

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping charges unless explicitly stated.

Failure or refusal to pay customs duties and taxes may result in delayed delivery, returned parcels, confiscation, or abandonment of shipments by customs authorities.

7 Day Returns Policy

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order, provided that:

  • The item remains unused
  • The product is in original condition
  • Original packaging and labels are included
  • The item is returned in resalable condition
  • The invoice or proof of purchase is included
  • Cancelled orders on the e-commerce facility will be refunded after deduction of a 10-20% charge for administration costs.

  • Parallel Import ("Grey") Goods Policy

    Some products sold by GUNMANSA may be parallel imports, commonly referred to as "grey" goods.

    These are genuine branded products that have been legally imported from international markets and not through the brand's authorized South African distributor or agent.

    As a result, manufacturer warranties and support provided by the local distributor may not apply to these products. However, GUNMANSA and its suppliers will provide warranty support and after-sales service where applicable, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

    By purchasing a parallel-imported product, customers acknowledge that any warranty claims, technical support, or after-sales assistance will be handled by GUNMANSA and/or its suppliers rather than the brand's authorized South African distributor.

We reserve the right to refuse returns for products that are used, damaged, incomplete, modified, or not returned in resalable condition.

Return Shipping Fees

Unless a product is confirmed to be faulty, defective, or incorrectly supplied by GUNMANSA, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

This includes:

  • Domestic return courier fees
  • International return courier fees
  • Customs return charges
  • Import/export documentation costs
  • Insurance fees on returned shipments
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method and may take 5–30 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
International buyers are fully responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping back to South Africa unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refused, Unclaimed or Returned Shipments

If an international shipment is:

  • Refused by the customer
  • Left unclaimed
  • Returned due to unpaid customs fees
  • Rejected by customs authorities

Any return shipping fees, customs penalties, storage fees, or courier charges incurred may be deducted from any applicable refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

International Compliance

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered from GUNMANSA are legal to import, possess, and use within their destination country or region.

GUNMANSA shall not be held responsible for:

  • Customs seizures
  • Import refusals
  • Country-specific restrictions
  • Licensing requirements
  • Government confiscations
  • Regulatory non-compliance in the destination country
By placing an international order, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and complied with all local import laws and regulations applicable to their country.
Online purchases do not include transit insurance unless expressly requested and paid for by the customer prior to dispatch. GUNMANSA accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, theft, or damage to goods occurring while in transit or once collected by courier services. All risk passes to the purchaser upon collection by the courier.
