Panaxea Script ProB Plus 1 is a clinically formulated synbiotic powder designed to mitigate colonic mucosal inflammation and restore gastrointestinal homeostasis. This therapeutic agent delivers 20 billion CFU of shelf-stable probiotic bacteria, including Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium strains, to address intestinal dysbiosis, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). The inclusion of germinated barley foodstuff and millet sprout powder clinically elevates fecal short-chain fatty acids, specifically acetic and n-butyric acids, which nourish colonocytes and decrease mucosal inflammatory responses. Furthermore, Astragalus membranaceus root extract provides bioactive polysaccharides that promote beneficial probiotic colonization while stimulating macrophage, natural killer cell, and T-cell activity to support deep immune function under endogenous stress.


PRODUCT DESCRIPTION


ProB Plus 1 by Panaxea Script contains as much as 20 billion shelf-stable probiotic bacteria and millet sprout powder which reduces colonic mucosal inflammation and thus may help prevent colon cancer, as well as Astragalus polysaccharide (APS) which promotes probiotic growth.


Astragalus polysaccharides are of particular interest for their immune supporting properties. Astragalus is shown to effect non specific defences such as promoting macrophage and monocyte function as well as interferon activity. It also supports deep immune function by promoting natural killer cell and t-cell function. It appears especially effective when the immune function is stressed by environmental or endogenous challenges. Astragalus polysaccharides also promote growth action to probiotics. Millet sprout powder reduces colonic mucosal inflammation, significantly elevates faecal acetic acid and n-butyric acid levels. GBF (germinated barley foodstuff) also increases the number of eubacteria and that of Bifido bacteria.
