The LuxPower SNA6000 Eco Hybrid Inverter is a 6kW single-phase off-grid unit built for South African homes and light commercial installations that demand higher output capacity. Part of the proven SNA series, the SNA6000 delivers seamless on/off-grid switching and dual MPPT solar charge control, handling up to 9.6kW of PV input and 140A of maximum charge and discharge current — well suited to larger households and higher load profiles. Stack up to 18 units in parallel for systems reaching 108kW.

  • Seamless Off-Grid Switching — Switches automatically between grid, solar, and battery in under 7ms, ensuring uninterrupted power to all connected loads through loadshedding without requiring any manual intervention.
  • Dual Independent MPPT Inputs — Two MPPT charge controllers manage up to 9.6kW of combined PV input (4.8kW per string), optimising harvest from different panel arrays or roof sections independently for maximum daily yield.
  • Scalable Parallel Operation — Up to 18 SNA6000 inverters can be connected in parallel, scaling the system from 6kW up to 108kW — suitable for larger residences, smallholdings, farms, and small commercial sites.
  • 140A Maximum Charge & Discharge Rate — The SNA6000's higher current rating supports faster battery recovery after outages and stronger peak load delivery than lower-output models in the range, keeping the system resilient through extended loadshedding events.
  • Dedicated Auxiliary Port — A dedicated port accommodates generator input, AC coupling with additional inverters, or smart load management — giving installers the flexibility to design more capable and adaptable system architectures.
  • Battery Wake-Up from PV and Grid — Revives deeply discharged batteries using available solar energy or grid supply, reducing recovery downtime after prolonged power outages or deep discharge events.
  • LuxCloud Remote Monitoring — Wi-Fi, RS485, and CAN connectivity enables real-time performance monitoring and remote configuration through the LuxCloud platform, accessible from any smartphone via the LUX app.
