This Full Gasket Set is engineered for the Isuzu 4JH1-T and 4JJ1-TC 3.0-litre four-cylinder turbodiesel engines, covering the KB300 TDi across KB III (2002–2004) and KB IV/V D-TEQ (2004–2013) generations. These engines share the same 95.40 mm bore and form part of Isuzu’s 4J-series diesel family that powered the KB platform throughout its South African production run. Both applications share a 95.40 mm bore. The 4JH1-T is the earlier mechanical/electronic injection variant used in the KB III generation (2002–2004), while the 4JJ1-TC is the later common-rail turbodiesel fitted to KB IV and V models (2004–2013). Title text confirms KB III coverage with both 4JH1-T and 4JH1-TC engine codes, and KB IV/V D-TEQ coverage from 2004–2010.

Installation Tips



  • Clean all mating surfaces thoroughly, removing old gasket material and carbon deposits before fitting new gaskets.

  • Check the cylinder head and block for warpage using a straight edge and feeler gauge; resurface if out of specification.

  • Torque all fasteners to the vehicle manufacturer’s specifications using a calibrated torque wrench and the correct tightening sequence.

  • Replace head bolts if the engine uses torque-to-yield (TTY) fasteners — these are designed for single use only.

  • Allow silicone sealant (where specified) to cure fully before filling coolant or starting the engine.

Centurion D5 - no more official support.

Since the Centurion D5 isn't supported at all anymore by Centurion Systems, I bought this scarce item as a "backup" for the day I need it. (Along with refurbished D5 CP80 controller, from another supplier though.)
Much easier to replace just the gate sensor & harness - or CP80 - than de-wire / re-wire all connections than replacing the entire D5 gate motor!
Arrive perfectly & securely wrapped and courier service was very quick.
