Equipment arrived on time, great and frequent comms about delivery status
I've been supporting GunmanSA for a while now. Never had a bad experience. They have always been supper helpful and always entertainmented me when I was curious about products. Thank you for the great service and I wish Gunman SA a bunch of success.
I purchased an air rifle combo and the buying experience was so smooth and the duration from purchase to delivered was a mere 3 days.
Rifle was well packaged for good protection.

Very disappointed - placed an order from GunmanSA and have been waiting for almost 3 weeks. I cannot get hold of the supplier to find out where my order is. I wouldn't recommend this business.

I ordered a gate motor, my order was processed, payment was done , invoice issued and all of a sudden I get an email saying that order is cancelled as per my request. We I wrote to Gunmansa , I was told that they out of stock on the item, yet when I was placing my order it said 20 item in stock. They just decided to cancel and also indicated money refunded, but not refunds done . Now I’m waiting for my refund and they not responding. I would not recommend anyone buying from this company online or website, they very unprofessional and not worth supporting. I want my money back Gunmansa
I retract my earlier statement of them(gunmansa) being scam....I have recieved my order....n very happy with it.....except i didnt get my full order...also communication from their side is very poor.....im just happy with my order.....will defnitly not order again......there customer serviceCommunication is very poor......

I ordered a few items from them and when my parcels arrived I noticed that the additional magazine was not part of the delivery.
It's almost been a full week that I reached out to them via email and whatsapp and I still haven't been assisted with an update on why I haven't received my full order.
I have ordered a rear sight for an air pistol on 10/04/26 for R583 . They have send me an email that says the parcel has been despatched but that is false . Despite numurous emails , whasapp messages , voice messages to require about my order I have received nothing yet .This is now 20/04/26 .

No communication no contact number. Looks like a scam be carefull think twice before you order something from them.

Very disappointed in the service i received from gunman sa...there's no communication..you cant get hold of them...there's no number to call them on...theres a whtsapp number but never reply on whatever you ask or say...
