Gamo Delta Fox GT 4.5mm (.177) — Lightweight Junior Break-Barrel Air Rifle

Gamo’s Delta Fox GT is a modern, lightweight break-barrel air rifle built for beginner and junior shooters who want a simple, reliable entry into target shooting and plinking. Its ambidextrous, automotive-grade glass-filled nylon stock and easy single-cocking action make loading and shooting straightforward for new users while still offering respectable performance.

The rifle uses Gamo’s spring-piston powerplant, delivering around 7.5 joules (≈623 fps / 190 m/s with a 4.5 mm pellet) — enough for backyard practice and introductory target work while remaining safe and manageable for younger shooters. The break-barrel design keeps maintenance and operation simple, and the macrometric (fiber-optic) sights provide a bright, easy sight picture in varied light.

Ergonomics were a priority in the Delta Fox GT: a non-slip texture on the grip and forearm, a ventilated recoil pad, and an ambidextrous stock let left- or right-handed shooters get comfortable quickly. The rifle also includes manual safety plus an automatic cocking safety system for added confidence while learning safe gun handling. Accessories and pellet choice matter — use quality lead or PBA pellets for best grouping.
