Solgar® Folacin — Prenatal Support Folic Acid Supplement


Solgar® Folacin delivers a high-potency dose of 800 µg of essential folic acid in a highly bioavailable tablet form. As a critical B-complex vitamin, pteroylglutamic acid serves as a necessary coenzyme in nucleic acid synthesis, facilitating rapid cellular division and genetic replication. This biological mechanism is vital for maternal tissue development during early gestation and the prevention of neural tube defects. Additionally, daily supplementation assists in homocysteine metabolism, promoting cardiovascular health and the maturation of red blood cells.


Solgar Folacin also known as folic acid is a food supplement that is sugar, salt and starch free, and is suitable for vegans.



Recommended Usage


As a food supplement for adults, take one tablet daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed the directions of use.

Bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agents: vegetable stearic acid, silicon dioxide, cellulose gum, folacin (folic acid as pteroylglutamic acid).

Lets start by adding this might not be a cheap chinese product, hence the price. it is a tested and thoroughly thought through plain and simple regulator, works on solar panel that I bought at 18v 80W and churns out power as a backup to the battery in the centurion gate motor. you know you need a backup on a backup these days :)
