Packaging & Privacy
All orders are shipped in plain packaging, boxes, or flyer bags with no indication of contents for customer privacy and security.
Order Cancellations
Orders cancelled after payment confirmation may be subject to a 10% administration fee to cover payment processing, handling, and administrative costs.
We reserve the right to cancel any order where:

- Pricing errors occurred
- Fraud is suspected
- Quality standards cannot be met
If an order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued.
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns are accepted provided:
- Item is unused
- Original packaging is included
- All labels and accessories remain intact
- The item is in resalable condition
- The original invoice is included
We reserve the right to refuse returns for used, damaged, incomplete, or non-resalable items.
Exchanges
Products may be exchanged for another size or colour of the same product, subject to stock availability.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
- Do not accept visibly damaged parcels where possible
Depending on the situation, we may:
- Replace the item
- Repair the item
- Issue store credit
- Provide a refund
Unless shipping insurance is specifically purchased, we are not liable for: theft, courier mishandling, delays, or losses outside our reasonable control.
🛠 Warranty & Repairs
Products under supplier or manufacturer warranty will be inspected by the relevant supplier or authorised repair centre.
Warranty assessments may take up to 21 working days.
Warranty does not cover:
- Negligence or misuse
- Water or physical damage
- Unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Acts of God
A standard R250 courier handling fee applies for repair collections and return delivery.
Payflex Orders
Certain Payflex orders are dispatched on Mondays after payment confirmation.
