Parallel Import ("Grey") Goods Policy
Some products sold by Max Motorsport may be parallel imports, commonly referred to as "grey" goods.
These are genuine branded products that have been legally imported from international markets and not through the brand's authorized South African distributor or agent.
As a result, manufacturer warranties and support provided by the local distributor may not apply to these products. However, Max Motorsport and its suppliers will provide warranty support and after-sales service where applicable, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
By purchasing a parallel-imported product, customers acknowledge that any warranty claims, technical support, or after-sales assistance will be handled by Max Motorsport and/or its suppliers rather than the brand's authorized South African distributor.
Certain Payflex orders are dispatched on Mondays after payment confirmation.
